Criteria for Referrals
- Child must be between ages 2-20 and currently have an open case with Alabama DHR
- BEHAVIORAL SERVICES ONLY:
- Live in: Autauga, Bullock, Chilton, Elmore, Jefferson, Lee, Macon, Montgomery, Russell, Shelby county
- Parents must be willing to have weekly/bi-weekly appointments
- Child does not have to be on medication to receive APMRT services
- Anybody can make a referral
- Complete the referral form below for the services you are interested in
Behavioral Services
