Auburn University Theatre cancels Bodies In Motion and Anon(ymous)

We are sad to announce that due to Auburn University's recent transition to remote delivery from Monday, March 16 through April 10 in response to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) our spring dance concert, Bodies in Motion and staged reading of Anon(ymous) have been canceled.
As for our final show this season, Marion Bridge (who's run falls mostly outside of the current window of remote delivery), we are still working on a variety of options. Once we have determined our course of action, we will be sure to provide that information in a clear and concise manner.
We are heartbroken that our students will not be able to share the work they have put into these pieces. Our students have been hard at work for over two months preparing to share these experiences with you and it is absolutely devastating that circumstances are such that it simply cannot happen.
We are hopeful as well that we will soon be able to announce our 2020/2021 season in conjunction with the opening of Marion Bridge. Regardless of what transpires, we will make sure to share the season within the next few weeks. There are incredibly exciting new collaborations and adventures to experience with our next season!
As always, we are grateful for your support of Auburn University Theatre and cannot wait to welcome you back into the Telfair B Peet Theatre as soon as safely possible.
For detailed information about the current situation, please visit Auburn's COVID-19 information page that will be updated daily.
