The Work-Life and Organizational Effectiveness Lab conducts research on work-life dynamics, personality and individual differences in the workplace, and scale development and validation. Undergraduate research assistants in our lab can gain valuable research experience assisting with both primary studies (e.g., recruiting participants, collecting data) and meta-analytic studies (e.g., reviewing published studies, coding data).
