- Friday, September 1, 2023: Dossiers must be submitted to the department (no new information added to file after this date). Department committees submit a summary of their deliberations.
- Monday, October 2, 2023: Department recommendations and dossiers due to Dean's Office. College committees submit a summary of their deliberations.
- Friday, November 17, 2023: All recommendations and dossiers due to the Office of the Provost.
- Friday, January 5 to Friday, April 5, 2024: All promotion and tenure deliberations and discussions completed.
