About Me

Ana M. Franco-Watkins serves as interim dean of the College of Liberal Arts. She was previously the chair of the Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University. She is committed to and supportive of faculty, staff and students by empowering individuals and units, promoting a positive organizational culture, and leading by example in shared vision to strategically enhance the mission and vision of her department, college, and university.

Her research focuses on decision making and behavioral economics with applications to organizations and industry. She has received external funding support from National Science Foundation, defense agencies, and Federal Aviation Administration Center of Excellence for interdisciplinary research team projects. She has taught courses in decision making, behavioral game theory, and decision making in organizations and industry.
