Southeastern Land Group is a land brokerage company. We sell land across the southeast in seven states.
Whether the client is buying or selling rural land, our team understands all the various factors that determine land value,
such as timber value, school districts, adjacent properties, county and state road frontage, interior road and trail systems,
wildlife population, topography, soil type, agricultural value, subsurface value, pasture value, fencing, views, creek and river frontage,
ponds and pond sites, existing structures, large tract subdivision potential, and small tract subdivision potential.
Further, we work closely with other service providers who will help meet client needs.
We have a large network of Land Lenders, 1031 exchange intermediaries, closing attorneys, surveyors, foresters, farmers,
Real Estate Investment Trusts, excavators, bankers, appraisers, and governmental agents.
The Southeastern Land Group- Auburn office internship will allow students to experience Land Brokerage,
commission-based employment, direct sales and marketing, and business communications.
This is an unpaid, local internship in a small office which will provide ample opportunities for the intern to develop
a variety of business, sales, marketing, and communication experience.
