6th Annual Auburn Writers Conference

On Friday and Saturday, October 16-17, 2015, the Auburn University College of Liberal Arts’ Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts and Humanities and Department of English will host the sixth annual Auburn Writers Conference, “Literary Harvests: Creativity and Sustainability.” The conference offers instruction, practice, perspective, and community for both established and emerging writers. 

The 2015 conference will feature: Jennifer Chang, Anton DiSclafani, Hali Felt, Cristina Rivera Garza, David Gessner, Keetje Kuipers, Michael Martone, Rose McLarney, Ash Parsons, Janisse Ray, and Martha Serpas.

Registration fees are as follows: Full conference, $100; Friday or Saturday only, $50. Students may register at no cost.

The 2015 Auburn Writers Conference is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts’ Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities, Department of English, and Africana Studies, along with the Auburn Academic Sustainability Program, Auburn University College of Education, Auburn University Graduate School, Auburn University Outreach, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Auburn University, and the Southern Humanities Review.
