Dr. Faye S. Baggiano has twenty-three years executive experience in administration of state and federal government and corporate programs, combining industry expertise, market knowledge, professional contacts, and business skills to achieve success. She has served in the cabinets of two state governors, been a Presidential appointee, was promoted to president of a two billion dollar global segment of a fortune 100 company, and hired as president of a North American corporation with revenues exceeding one billion dollars. Her human resources and organization development expertise has been honed through responsibility for employees ranging in numbers from 2,000 to 10,000 in private and public organizations.
Dr. Baggiano has been recognized for her extraordinary commitments and leadership ranging from a founding member of Women Executives in State Government and Women Business Leaders in Health Care, to Board of Directors and Fund Development Chair of the U. S. National Health Museum in Washington, D.C., and has represented the U. S. Council on International Business at the OECD in Paris, France for six years. She was the first female since the l950's to be elected to the Board of the Health Insurance Association of America in 2001.
