About Mike Bertrand
Mike Bertrand works mainly in metaphysics and philosophy of science, with a special interest in methodological issues and explanation in each of these disciplines. His recent work has focused on questions concerning metaphysical constraints, grounding, and metaphysical explanation. His publications include “God Might be Responsible for Physical Evil” (Australasian Journal of Philosophy) and “Proper Environment and the SEP Account of Biological Function (Synthese).
Outside his main areas of focus, Mike has interests in epistemology and the ethics of eating.
