What is April in Auburn?

April in Auburn (AiA) brings together MTPC students, rhetoric and composition graduate students, members of local Society for Technical Communication chapters (Birmingham, Huntsville, and Atlanta), alumni, and faculty to expand their professional knowledge and discuss issues affecting our field.

AiA was proud to have Virginia Tech's Dr. Carlos Evia, known for his work in cross-cultural technical communication, as this year’s keynote speaker. LUCIA tour

The LUCIA tour featured demonstrations of Perception Analyzer (continuous feedback software for focus group and other research; EyeGuide (eye-tracking software for usability and other research); and Morae (usability-testing software).
