Dr. Nataraajan is a renowned scholar in the fields of consumer psychology, consumer economics, and marketing. He has over seventy refereed publications in a variety of academic outlets. Besides serving as the Executive Editor of the highly cited Wiley-Blackwell journal Psychology & Marketing since 1994, he currently sits on the editorial boards of seven other academic journals including the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Research for Consumers. Rajan served as the chairman of Auburn University's Department of Marketing for eleven years and the interim chair of the Department of Economics for one year. He has received numerous awards and honors, including the C.W. Park Inaugural Award his outstanding contribution to the field of consumer psychology. Rajan's current research interests include global consumer psychology, innovation, green marketing, and evolutionary psychology.
