About Diana Alessandrini
Assistant Professor of Economics
Diana Alessandrini joined the department of Economics in 2014 after completing her PhD program from the University of Guelph in Canada. She has also obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bologna in Italy and a master of arts in Economics from the University of Guelph. Her research interests include macroeconomics, applied econometrics and labor economics. Her current work focuses on the impact of business cycles on labor market decisions, human capital accumulation and income inequality. She is currently teaching macroeconomics at Auburn.
