Accreditation

The School of Communication and Journalism is one of 111 programs approved by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications. ACEJMC is the agency responsible for the evaluation of professional journalism and mass communications programs in colleges and universities. 

The Journalism, Public Relations and Media Studies programs are accredited by ACEJMC.

ACEJMC requires its accredited programs to provide retention and graduation data on their websites. Data will be updated every year by Aug. 15.
