No Impact Week 2014
March 16-23, 2014
Auburn University students, faculty, and staff are invited to conserve and reduce their impact on the environment as they participate in No Impact Week from March 16 - 23. No Impact Week is an international initiative designed to promote sustainability by challenging people to live lifestyles that are better for them and for the environment.
This week-long challenge is hosted by the College of Liberal Arts' Community and Civic Engagement Initiative in collaboration with the CCE Student Club, and the Auburn University Sustainability Coalition and will include events each day centered on reducing environmental impact in different areas of life.
The themes for each day are:
- SUNDAY MARCH 16 - Trash
- MONDAY MARCH 17 - Transportation
- TUESDAY MARCH 18 - Consumption drop donations off in Tichenor 336, 12:30pm - 3pm, March 3- 6
- WEDNESDAY MARCH 19 - Food
- THURSDAY MARCH 20 - Water
- FRIDAY MARCH 21 - Energy
- SATURDAY MARCH 22 - Giving Back
- SUNDAY MARCH 23 - Eco Sabbath
