Dr. Runia Mowla, MSc., an expert and consultant on gender, development and agriculture in Asia, presents the lecture, "Socio Economic Phenomenon: Adolescent girls' status and position in the rural society of Bangledesh. Location is TBD.

The Women's Studies Program, Women’s Initiatives, Women in Science and Engineering, and the Departments of Sociology and Agricultural Economics & Rural Sociology have co-sponsored Dr. Mowla’s visit to Auburn University.
